Sports Law
Conlegal Sports was born out of the need to protect those who belong to the sports industry, being the first and only law firm specialized in International Sports Law, which calls the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador home.
Our partner, Santiago Zambrano, is an attorney graduated from ISDE's (Madrid, Spain) master of laws (Ll.M.) in International Sports Law.
Santiago has vast experience with cases in different FIFA departments, TAS/CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), and Federación Ecuatoriana de Fútbol, among many others.
Santiago's experience extends well beyond FIFA & CAS. Santiago has vast knowledge of regulation drafting, contract drafting and negotiations, and document revisions, among many other aspects of Sports Law.
Santiago is also very knowledgable in most sports, as he has worked with Futbol (Soccer), Badminton, and Olympic Sports, among others.
Intellectual Property
Our partner, Santiago Zambrano, studied a master's in law in Intellectual Property, and has vast experience working in these matters. Conlegal Sports has been advising on a variety of Intellectual Property matters and are involved in some of the most innovative and sophisticated cases in Guayaquil and South America.
